World Soil Day – Dec 5, 2023

“World  Toilet  Day” program was organized by Jal Shakti Kendra, Hoshiarpur and Pandit Jagat Ram Memorial Force  K.V. A. World Toilet Day was also celebrated on 19 November 2023 by Jal Shakti Kendra at Senior Secondary School, Gaddiwala. On this occasion, chief guest social service Sunil Kumar and school principal Tarsem Sir told the children about the importance of World Toilet Day. Drinking water samples were collected from different villages by forming five different teams of school students. In which the drinking water of villages Chathari, Kallar, Kulli, Gaddiwala, Aajwal and Basi was tested. Students were made aware about cleanliness and keeping the environment clean. Posters on World Toilet Day were also made by the school students. This officer was given a gift to the school by the Pandit Jagat Ram Memorial Force Trust. On this occasion, Jal Shakti Project Coordinator Arun Kumar and the entire team of the force were present.
