Use the form below to submit details of the water conservation activities carried out by you to earn Water Carats. The Mode of Verification of the activities carried out by you to conserve water are:
1. Pictures of the activity – Select option from computer to upload (you can upload up to 10 pictures)
2. Supporting Documents – (eg – government approval / clearances, sponsor agreement, testimonial – up to 4 documents)
3. Technical details – Design & technical report of installed water conservation structures, which clearly state capacity of Structure & GPS location of the installed system
