Acceptance of any contribution, gift or grant is at the discretion of the Forum for Organised Resource Conservation & Enhancement (FORCE). FORCE will not accept any gift unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of the FORCE.
FORCE will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders' fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift or a donor to the FORCE.
I understand that my gift to FORCE becomes the property of FORCE and that FORCE has ultimate control, authority, and discretion with regard to its assets. I understand that my gift to FORCE is nonrefundable.
I confirm that I will receive no tangible benefit or privilege from FORCE in return for my donation.
